UUFM  Business Meeting Minutes

This meeting was called for the purpose of discussing and voting on the hiring of candidate Margo Rinehart as the halftime minister for the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of McMinnville.

 

Our bylaws mandated a quorum of 32 members for an official vote to occur. After confirming a quorum, as verified by Barb Rousch, members had an extensive discussion. Board president Ken Moore asked each member to comment or ask questions. After everyone who wished to speak was heard, Ken called on each member again, allowing anyone who wished to offer another comment or question to do so.

 

There were 44 members present; 42 members voted. The vote was unanimous to offer a contract to the candidate.
