1.  If you are willing to be a host, email Bettie Egerton and let her know.  Tell me how many guests you can accommodate and whether or not you will host an intergenerational event or all adult.  Also, let me know if it will be at your home or in a park.  

2.  If you want to attend an event this month or next month, let me know. (Also let me know if you want intergenerational, or adult only, or have no preference.   And, any requirements you have regarding covid safety, like you will only attend if everyone wears masks, etc.  Let me know if you need special considerations.. need a ride, no stairs, no walking long distances to get to spot, etc.)

3.  I will talk to each host and give you a list of your guests with their contact info.

4.  Host will contact guests and set up day, time, place, and conditions  (mask requirement, food, drink, bring your own chair, etc.)
