Brief New Committee Reports

Communications - Have filled communication gaps where needed.

Personnel - With help of pro-bono attorney, have checked our contracts and processes to see if we are doing things correctly, and everything is OK.

COSM (Shared Ministry) - Keeping a pulse on the Fellowship, and working with transition to a new minister.

Search Committee - Working on new interview questions. Job is posted.

Budget

Susie Godsey made a motion to accept the budget, Kris Gabrielson seconded it. Motion carried unanimously.

Elections

Everybody on the ballot was elected. New board is John Braun, Chair, Susie Godsey, Vice Chair, Denise Patton, Treasurer, Stephen Bjorlin, Secretary, Marilyn MacGregor, Sandy Coates and JoAnne Douglas are members at large. Nominating committee will be Kris Gabrielsen, Susan Marrant, Ted de Chatelet, Phil Newman with Barbara Valentine and Nancy Braun as alternates.
