Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of McMinnville Service – January 20, 2008

Welcome by Kris Gabrielsen to our first meeting at the Senior Center in McMinnville. She expressed  our thanks to  New Thought for use of their space at our earlier meetings.  She then introduced Patriciafaye Marshall as our Facilitator.

Patriciafaye Marshall urged everyone to sign up for one of the Chalice Circle Meetings which will be held once a month starting in February.

She gave the Opening Reading followed by Madeline Bishop leading us in Spirit of Life with Eric Valentine at the piano.

The Chalice was lit and Leah Bloom discussed the Third Principle, followed by a moment of meditation. A collection was taken. Megan Smith led us in wishing Patricia Faye Marshall and Beth Dell Happy Birthday. Beth Dell delivered the Closing Words and we sang “Go Now In Peace.”

After a short break for coffee, Kris Gabrielsen convened the Business Meeting.
