KidsworkingsmOur Middles children begin in the sanctuary for the service with their families. They get to enjoy a Story for All Ages that is read or presented by a UUFM friend or member. Then they are “sung” to class by the adults as they leave under the “love arch” created along the center aisle.

The class curriculum for this age is built around the Seven Principles of Unitarian Universalism. The program incorporates a lesson that generates questions and discussions and is followed by a hands-on activity to further the learning. Music and art are often an integral part of the lessons. Watch for art work to be displayed during the coffee hour. Curriculum materials are available for your review and the DRE is always available for more information. Snack is also provided during this time together. Please let us know if there are any dietary restriction that your child may not be able to explain.
